Quality Inspection Coordination
What ships is what you approved.
What this is
Quality problems are cheapest at the factory and most expensive on your loading dock. Inspection coordination puts independent eyes on your order at the moments that matter — before production locks in materials, while the line is running, and before anything is sealed into a container.
Every inspection is planned against your specification, not a generic checklist. You receive findings in plain English with photographs and measurements, a clear pass / fail view, and — when something is wrong — follow-up with the supplier until it is fixed or you decide otherwise.
Who it's for
- Buyers placing a first order with a new supplier
- Brands with defined QC standards and AQL requirements
- Companies that have been burned by shipment-quality surprises before
Why buyers need this
Defects discovered at destination are the most expensive kind — the container is already paid for.
Without independent checks, your only quality data is the factory's own reporting.
Buyers who inspect are treated as buyers who matter. Inspection changes supplier behaviour on every order that follows.

Frequently asked questions
What standards do you inspect against?
Yours. Your specification and the acceptance criteria we agree before production become the inspection checklist — an inspection is only as good as the standard behind it.
Which checkpoints do we actually need?
It depends on the product and the risk. For many orders a pre-shipment inspection is enough; for new suppliers or complex products we recommend checkpoints during production as well.
